Return of goods / Cancellation of Order
If you cancel an order that we are processing or that has been delivered a 25% fee will be payable. We also reserve the right to refuse credit or replacements if returned goods and or packaging are damaged or of sub-standard condition.
Shortages or missing items
It is the customer’s responsibility to check that they are signing for the correct number of parcels that have been delivered. Any shortages must be reported within 48hrs. Once you have opened your parcels please check that all items included on your delivery note are present. Any missing items must be reported to us within 48hrs.
If any damaged goods are found upon opening the package, the customer must report this to us within 48hrs. All packaging must be retained as this will be required for us to raise a claim against the parcel carrier.
|Online Delivery charges within Mainland UK||Subject to availability, your order will be delivered within three to five working days. Our standard delivery charge’s are £9.95 for orders under £150.00 and / Free on orders over £150.00 nett value.
Please note the following will incurr an extra shipping cost, please see your shipping calculator for costs: Highlands of Scotland, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles.
- Working day excludes Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.
- Delivery times are subject to the availability of goods
- We only deliver within the UK.

- Courier service
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. To remain competitive and offer you our customers the best value for money prices will go down as well as up from time to time depending upon market fluctuation.
